Refunds for Services | Eligibility for Refund

  1. Consulting Services: If you are not satisfied with our consulting services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the service delivery date. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to any of our ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of the subscription period.
  3. Training and Workshops: Refund requests for training sessions or workshops must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Process for Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with the following information:

  • The name of the service purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for the refund request

Refunds for Products | Physical Products

  1. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process: To return a product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please include the RMA number with your returned product.
  3. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Products

Eligibility for Refund: Digital products, such as software or e-books, are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • Customized services tailored to your specific requirements
  • Services that have already been fully delivered and accepted
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Promotional or sale items
