Refunds for Services | Eligibility for Refund

- Training and Workshops: Refund requests for training sessions or workshops must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of the event.

Refunds for Products | Physical Products
